We only collect information you provide directly to us through our enquiry form at /book. This may include:
- Parent or guardian name and contact details (email, phone)
- Student name and year level
- Subject interests and preferred session times
- Any message you choose to include
We do not collect payment information through this website.
3. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used solely to:
- Respond to your enquiry and arrange a trial session
- Communicate with you about tutoring services
We do not sell, share, or disclose your information to any third parties.
4. Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site. GA4 may collect anonymous usage data such as pages visited and time on site. No personally identifiable information is sent to Google Analytics. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
We also collect our own anonymous usage analytics, stored on our own server rather than with a third party: pages visited, time on page, scroll depth, and clicks on buttons and links. A random identifier is kept in your browser's local storage so return visits can be recognised; it is not linked to your name, email, or enquiry details, and no cookies are used. The content you type into forms is never recorded by analytics. To opt out, visit any page with ?notrack added to the address (for example tutortree.com.au/?notrack) — this permanently disables analytics in that browser.
5. Data Storage
Enquiry submissions are stored securely on our server and are only accessible to TutorTree staff. We do not retain your data longer than necessary to provide our services.
